Josh Norbryhn
President
Josh has been with Norbryhn NSW since 2001 years with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Montana Tech. As the company Principal, he’s responsible for leading and putting this excellent team together. Other responsibilities include equipment sales and management for hydronic and air side projects.
Randy has been with Norbryhn NSW since 2007. As the Engineering Director, Randy oversees equipment selections, engineer relationships and internal procedures. He’s all also responsible hydronic system sales and design including boilers, pumps and cooling towers. Randy’s a specialist on custom air handler designs and sales as well.
Mike has been with Norbryhn NSW since 2005. Mike has a degree in Business Marketing from Boise State University. As the Sales Director, he leads all aspects of NEC's inside and outside sales.
Geoff has been with Norbryhn NSW since 2016.
He’s responsible for company operations with over 10 years of management experience. Other responsibilities include sales and project management. He’s also the VRV product champion and assists with product support, design assistance and startup. Geoff started his career in IT and has almost 20 years in the field with an emphasis in testing.
Dan is a husband, father of five great kids, and has been with Norbryhn NSW since 2018. Previously Dan had spent 13 years at a mechanical engineering firm. Dan transitioned into his new role of supporting Idaho engineers, end-users and facility managers as an Outside Sales Engineer with Norbryhn NSW. Over the years Dan has developed a passion for data center, and healthcare facilities. He enjoys staying involved with organizations like ISHE, ASHE and ASHRAE.
Bryon has been with Norbryhn NSW since 2015. He is project manager that comes backed by 16 years as an Army mechanic and 25 years as a project foreman and journeyman installer. Bryon handles equipment takeoffs for fans, RGDs, louvers and other air side accessories as well as order and sales support.
Joe has been with Norbryhn NSW since 2015. He brings 12 years of experience as an Administrative NCO, Training NCO and Supply Sergeant for the US Army. Joe specializes in multi-family and hotel sales including PTACs, fans, RGDs, louvers and other air side accessories as well as order and sales support.
Joe has been with Norbryhn NSW for over 15 years. Joe specializes in parts and after-market equipment sales. He’s also involved with hydronic equipment sales including pumps, boilers and cooling towers.
Richell has been with Norbryhn NSW since 2022. As the Warehouse Manager, she handles equipment shipments, receiving deliveries and managing the parts and equipment storage warehouse. Richell is also part of the parts and aftermarket sales team.
Estevan has been with Norbryhn NSW since 2023. He handles equipment takeoffs for fans, RGDs, louvers and other air side accessories as well as order and sales support.
Jescey has been with Norbryhn NSW since 2020. As an Inside sales engineer, which includes sales, project management and technical support. Jescey facilitates training for new Inside Sales team members.
Arrow joined Norbryhn NSW in 2024. As inside sales Arrow handles equipment takeoffs for fans, RGDs, louvers and other air side accessories as well as order and sales support.
Terry joined the Norbryhn NSW team in 2024. Terry comes with a background in the technical support and extensive experience with sales in the gun industry. He leads industrial sales for the food industry at Norbryhn NSW specializing in our newest line of KoolJet Products.
Jordan has been with Norbryhn NSW Since 2025. He handles equipment takeoffs for fans, RGDs, louvers and other air side accessories as well as order and sales support.

Evan Simpson
Inside Sales
Evan has been with Norbryhn NSW Since 2025. He handles equipment takeoffs for fans, RGDs, louvers and other air side accessories as well as order and sales support.
Alex has been with Norbryhn NSW Since 2025. He handles Start-ups on our equipment. Alex has been a great addition to our team as a senior sales technician as he puts in the work to diagnose any codes or even just be an extra set of eyes when it comes time for your equipment to run.
Cari has been with Norbryhn NSW since 2023. She is on the bookkeeping team with responsibility for accounts payable. She manages equipment billing and payment tracking.
Tara has been with Norbryhn NSW since 2026. Tara is on the bookkeeping team with responsibility for accounts receivables. She manages all outgoing invoices.
Tari joined Norbryhn NSW in 2023. She is the friendly voice our customers hear when they call NEC. Tari also assists with our administrative tasks in our office including tracking and shipping reports.
Tyra joined the Norbryhn NSW in 2024. As an Admin Assistant she weekly tracking, reports, and planning for company events and other administrative tasks including company organization and HR.

Mike Norbryhn
Founder
Mike began in the HVAC industry in January 1972 as an assistant service mechanic in the Los Angeles area. After many months of training, he graduated to the full duties of a service mechanic. Mike’s knowledge and experience has enhanced the ability of Norbryhn to provide solutions for many projects and product offerings in our territory. Mike served as president of Norbryhn for over 25 years before handing it over to his nephew, Josh Norbryhn.
